Prohibited activity

• Submitting false company, identity, certification, capability, demand, or commercial information
• Accessing another organization’s workspace, documents, opportunity, or contact information without authorization
• Scraping, bulk exporting, reselling, or republishing directory or opportunity data
• Uploading malware, unlawful content, export-controlled material without authorization, or content you lack the right to share
• Bypassing access controls, rate limits, review gates, or payment and entitlement checks
• Using the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, sanctions evasion, or unlawful trade

Enforcement and reporting

OMA NEXUS may restrict access, preserve relevant audit records, or request supporting evidence when activity presents a security, integrity, or compliance concern. Report suspected misuse through Talk to Us.
